IR Thermometer Calibration

The following procedure is required for AACIS to perform calibration services on infrared thermometers:

1. Complete the form below and submit it too AACIS; you will automatically receive an invoice via e-mail.


2. If you are paying by check, enclose the check with the infrared thermometer when you ship it to: AACIS, P.O. Box 4745, Pensacola, FL 32507.


3. If you are paying by credit card, you will receive a receipt for payment within 24 hours of processing.

NOTE: IR Thermometers received without either 1) credit card pre-payment or 2) a check included with the thermometer will be returned to sender without being serviced.
